Through the pursuit of these objectives, the Shiri Guru Valmik Sabha Southall UK aims to uplift the Valmiki community, strengthen their unity, and contribute to their overall progress and well-being.
The Shiri Guru Valmik Sabha Southall UK is an organization dedicated to the welfare and development of the Valmiki community. The foundation has outlined several key objectives to achieve its aim of creating a sense of brotherhood, love, and affection among the Valmiki Samaj and promoting their all-round development. These objectives include:
To worship the almighty God in accordance with the teachings and principles of Shri Guru Valmik Ji from the holy books of Shri Guru Valmik Ji including the provision of religious ceremonies for the Valmikin Act.
The advancement of the education of the public including the provision and maintenance of a library with books on religious and social subjects in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
The provision of recreational facilities in the interest of social welfare for the benefit of the community at large in order that the conditions of life of the beneficiaries may be improved, the beneficiaries having need of the facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty, and social and economic circumstances, such facilities being used by the general public in particular for recreational functions including cultural activities, women activities, evening classes, and any other charitable activity.
To establish coaching centre for Priests to expand teachings of Harmony and Goodwill.
To assist in Social Housing and training to meet local employment needs.

3. Support for the marriage of poor girls: The foundation recognizes the importance of promoting equal opportunities for all members of the Valmiki community. To ensure the well-being of Valmiki girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, the Sabha extends assistance for their marriages, ensuring they have a dignified and secure future.
4. Employment assistance: The Sabha actively facilitates employment opportunities for Valmiki youths across various sectors. By offering guidance, training, and connections, it aims to empower them to secure stable and fulfilling employment.
5. Self-employment opportunities: Recognizing the challenges of unemployment, the foundation assists unemployed Valmiki Samaj youths in establishing their own businesses and becoming self-reliant. This initiative promotes entrepreneurship and financial independence within the community.

It establishes, runs, takes over, manages, and maintains schools with the objective of offering excellent pre-primary, primary, secondary, and senior secondary education. Seeking recognition and affiliation from the education department and relevant government authorities, the foundation ensures that Valmiki children receive a strong educational foundation.

Professional training and skill development: The foundation arranges and manages training institutions for various professional subjects, including typing, shorthand, computer skills, fine arts, crafts, music, painting, modeling, dancing, yoga, nature study, Ayurveda, physical education, and others.
